The ²Ø¾«¸ó Learning Academy is the campus hub for professional development event registration and promotion. When you work with the LLA to set up event registration, your event will appear on our and will be promoted in the LLA Catalog and ²Ø¾«¸ó Digest when applicable.
Please note the following for virtual events:
Schedule your meeting using Microsoft Teams or Zoom, depending on your meeting needs. Provide the Teams or Zoom meeting link as part of the information for the event submission form below. For virtual events, participant attendance will be recorded and logged in Workday. Please do not share the Teams or Zoom link with any participants as their attendance will not be tracked if they use the direct link. If you choose to record the meeting and would like for it to be made accessible, please send the file to the Learning Academy to have it added to LinkedIn Learning.
The event host will be responsible for starting the Teams or Zoom meeting at the time of the event.
Please note the following for on-ground events:
The event host can 1) download a sign-in sheet prior to the event for recording attendance at the session; or 2) contact the Learning Academy to receive the registration report for the event and use this report to check off those in attendance. The event host will return the attendance sheet to the LLA promptly following the event so that participant attendance is tracked in Workday.
The following information will be used to create an event site in Attendease, our event registration platform, where participants will register and, for virtual events, join the session. The LLA suggests submitting one month prior to the event to allow for adequate time for event promotion and registration. Once your event information has been received, the Learning Academy will follow-up via email with any further questions and to provide you with your event site URL. If you are submitting for an event series or multi-session event, the Learning Academy will reach out for specific session information.
