The ²Ø¾«¸ó Learning Academy’s mission is to provide for the professional and personal success and wellness of ²Ø¾«¸ó employees from the time of application through retirement. Our vision is that faculty and staff feel equipped and motivated to positively impact student learning and the student experience, and to pursue their full potential. Our development toolkits will provide information on our development philosophy and the development process at ²Ø¾«¸ó.
The Learning Academy offers development within four broad areas: Knowledge and Skills, Compliance, Safety, and Wellness. We strive to support employees as they enhance their capabilities in various aspects of their roles like teaching and learning, service excellence, leadership and supervision, technology, advising and mentoring, curriculum and assessment, communication, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
